Builds and maintains tools, bots, and systems to enhance the VTC experience. Also designs Websites & Servers.

Media Team

Creates graphics, videos, and social media content to promote Triose Logistics. Incl. Ads, Logos & Liveries.

Event Team

Organizes convoys, challenges, and community activities to keep members engaged. 

Public Relations Team

Builds partnerships, manages external communications, and represents Triose Logistics. 

Logistics Team

Directly support the logistics side of things!

Dispatch Management

Assigns deliveries, manages routes, and ensures drivers stay on schedule. 

Fleet Management

Maintains vehicle standards, manages customizations, and updates assets. Can work with Media for design,

Reviews driver applications and evaluates skills through submitted proof.

Drivers

Whilst not listed above, this is a really important role for us. Drivers are the backbone that do the hauling.

Certified Positions

Get certified to undertake behind-the-scenes workload. 

Data Coordinator

Manages key data within Triose Logistics. Incl. maintaining and updating spreadsheets i.e. team roster, employee join/leave logs, and essential logs. Ensures that all data is accurate and up to date.

Documentation Specialist

Focuses on creating and maintaining internal guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities. 

Surveyor

Designs and distributes surveys or forms to gather feedback and data from employees or community members. works with feedback coordinators 

Feedback Coordinator

Oversees gathering feedback from staff and community members, compiles responses, and delivers actionable reports to leadership. 

Drive Coordinator

Manages shared storage systems like Google Drive, ensuring resources are well-organized, accessible, and secure.
