1. Introduction

Welcome to Triose Logistics! By joining and participating in our Virtual Trucking Company (VTC), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). These terms outline the rules and guidelines for the use of Triose Logistics, including all its services, community spaces, and events, associated with Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) and American Truck Simulator (ATS).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and engaging with Triose Logistics, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Code of Conduct. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the activities or services of Triose Logistics.

3. Eligibility

To join Triose Logistics, you must:

Be at least 16 years old.
Own a copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) or American Truck Simulator (ATS).
Be in the discord server unless otherwise stated.
Adhere to the community standards set by Triose Logistics.

4. Community Guidelines

As a member of Triose Logistics, you are expected to:

Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy.
Avoid any offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language or behaviour.
Follow the traffic and driving etiquette guidelines while playing ETS2 and ATS.
Respect the rules and policies of other platforms (e.g., Discord, Steam) used for communication and interaction within Triose Logistics.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your Triose Logistics account. You should:

Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
Notify Triose Logistics staff immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Be aware that any violations linked to your account may lead to penalties, including suspension or permanent removal from the VTC.

6. Code of Conduct

Triose Logistics expects all members to follow a code of conduct based on integrity, professionalism, and fun. This includes:

No cheating, exploiting, or using illegal mods.
No disruptive behavior that affects the enjoyment of others.
No spamming or flooding of chats or forums.

7. VTC Role and Structure

Triose Logistics offers various roles within the VTC. Each member can apply for different positions, but the roles and responsibilities are subject to approval by the management team. These roles may include:

Drivers
Dispatchers
Administration
Human Resources

8. Modifications and Updates

Triose Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VTC services, structure, and Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via appropriate channels. These channels will be on the website itself, and the discord server.

9. Communication and Events

Triose Logistics utilizes platforms such as Discord and in-game events for communication. By participating, you agree to follow all community rules in these spaces.
Regular VTC events, such as convoy runs, will be scheduled and posted in advance. Participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
Members should respect the event rules to ensure a smooth experience for all involved.

10. Liability

Triose Logistics is not liable for any damage, loss, or issue that may arise in relation to participating in the VTC. This includes technical problems with ETS2/ATS, account issues, or external service disruptions.

11. Termination

Triose Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's account for any violations of the Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or failure to comply with VTC policies. Any member who is suspended or terminated will be notified and may appeal the decision.

12. Privacy statement

Triose Logistics values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Any personal data provided to us (e.g., email addresses, usernames, or application details) will be used solely for purposes related to the Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) and its operations.

Data Collection and Usage

Personal data is collected to facilitate communication, verify eligibility, and maintain records for VTC membership and related activities.
We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Application data, such as qualifications or references, may be retained for internal reference unless a deletion request is submitted.

Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, submit a ticket through our Discord server.

What happens when data is deleted?
- All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, and your membership in Triose Logistics will be revoked.
- You will no longer have access to VTC activities, services, or community features.
Exceptions:
- Certain data may need to be retained for administrative or legal purposes. For example, this could include records to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
- If retention is necessary, you will be informed about the specific data being retained and the duration.

Anonymity and Confidentiality

In cases where anonymous interactions are allowed (e.g., Employee Care Initiative), no personally identifiable information will be stored unless explicitly necessary for legal or safety reasons.

Changes to This Policy

Triose Logistics reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Any updates will be communicated via our community platforms.

By participating in Triose Logistics, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Applications

By submitting an application to join Triose Logistics or apply for any internal position, you agree to the following terms:

Honesty and Accuracy: You confirm that all information provided in your application is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any misleading or false information may result in your application being denied.

Eligibility: You confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the position you are applying for. If applying for a driving position, you must own a copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) or American Truck Simulator (ATS) and be in compliance with Triose Logistics' community guidelines.

Form Data Retention: The data submitted through the application form will be retained by Triose Logistics for review and administrative purposes. This data will be kept unless deleted at your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consequences for Lying or Misleading Information: If it is discovered that an applicant has lied or misled staff during the application process, the application will be denied, and the applicant may be added to a staff blacklist. This blacklist prevents future applications from being accepted until an appeal is successfully submitted and reviewed by the staff.

Appeals Process: If you are blacklisted or your application is denied, you have the right to appeal the decision. You may submit a formal appeal to Triose Logistics staff, who will review the circumstances of your application. If the appeal is successful, the blacklist may be lifted, and you may be eligible to reapply. Appeal Here.

Re-application: If your application is denied or rejected, you are welcome to reapply after a set waiting period, depending on the position and reason for denial. Staff will notify you of any required waiting periods.

By submitting an application, you agree to abide by these terms and understand the potential consequences of submitting false or misleading information.

All applications to join Triose Logistics or apply for any internal position must be submitted through the Application Hub. This centralized platform ensures that all applications are properly reviewed and processed by the staff team.

Abuse of the Application System: Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the application system, such as mass applying or submitting multiple fraudulent applications to disrupt the process, will not be tolerated. Engaging in such activities may result in a permanent ban from the application system and could lead to further disciplinary actions, including being blacklisted from Triose Logistics.

By applying through the Application Hub, you agree to follow these guidelines and ensure that your use of the system remains respectful and in accordance with the VTC's standards.

Triose Logistics is not affiliated with Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2), American Truck Simulator (ATS), or any of their respective developers.
Triose Logistics does not endorse any external mods or third-party content unless explicitly stated.
All trademarks related to ETS2 and ATS are the property of their respective owners.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your location. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

16. SkipQ Terms of Service

By using SkipQ, the priority application system for Triose Logistics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptable Proof

You must include credible supporting materials, such as:

Delivery Recordings: Video proof of a high-quality ETS2/ATS delivery.
References: Proof of prior roles or recommendations from other VTCs.
Performance Stats: Screenshots of ETS2/ATS achievements.
Event Participation: Proof of involvement in trucking events or convoys.

2. Review and Prioritization

SkipQ applications are fast-tracked for review. Approved applicants will jump to the front of the review queue and may be considered for higher roles based on their credentials.

3. Non-SkipQ Applications

SkipQ is optional. Non-SkipQ applications will be reviewed thoroughly, without any delays or penalties.

6. Abuse of the System

Any attempt to abuse the SkipQ system, including mass applying or submitting false information, may result in disqualification and possible blacklisting from the application process.

7. Data Retention and Privacy

Data submitted through SkipQ will be retained for review purposes and is subject to Triose Logistics' Privacy Policy. You can request the deletion of your data at any time (see Privacy for details).

8. No Fees

SkipQ is completely free to use. There are no fees or payments required for priority processing.

9. Disclaimers

SkipQ does not guarantee acceptance or approval. All applicants must meet Triose Logistics' standards. Triose Logistics reserves the right to modify or discontinue SkipQ at any time.
